Pleated Blinds are ideal for roofs as well as windows The Pleated Blind is by far the most modern way to keep out sunlight and heat. Suitable for many types of window and now increasingly used in most modern conservatories especially roofs where triangular windows are present.

Abacus uses the patented Equipleat system, which controls the shape of the blind and ensures the pleats are equally spaced throughout the blind. Beware of cheap alternatives.
The big advantage with pleated blinds is the fact they can be fitted to each window and when raised are barely noticeable. They are available in 20 mm or 25 mm widths in a wide range of fabrics suitable for many applications.
